Honey mustard dressing provides a tangy flavor to spring salads. We add an extra boost of nutrients with bee pollen, apple cider vinegar, and heart healthy oils!
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (replace with lemon juice, as needed)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp bee pollen
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Bee pollen may need 20 minutes to dissolve. Add it into vinegar first to speed process. Mix together with a whisk or an immersion blender. Makes about 8 ounces, store in fridge.
