A beautiful Sun Valley evening in July, August or September on a Wood River Valley farm; cocktails made with local spirits, seasonal fruit “shrugs” and fresh herbs; hors d’oeuvres with local fresh ingredients; and the piece de résistance – a four-course, wine-paired family-style on-the-farm dinner at a long table with farmers as the honored guests.

This is an “elevated” farm-to-table experience unlike any other in the Wood River Valley – elevated by accomplished chefs who create an extraordinary meal with the season’s freshest offerings. By adorning a working farm with wine glasses, candles and table linens, guests and farmers alike are treated to a truly unique fine-dining experience – all above 5,000 feet.

You have three chances to experience The Elevated Table in 2018 - on July 13, August 10, and September 14, the second Friday of those months. Each dinner features a different guest chef and farm location. Reserve your seats at The Elevated Table and purchase a pass to Wood River Valley HarvestFest Taste Tour before they’re gone!

The Elevated Tables are triple bottom line events: they offer a sought-after, trending experience, raise critical funds for Local Food Alliance’s operations and initiatives, and achieve mission-specific impact through unparalleled ultra-fresh flavors, in-person connections to our producers, and first-person stories from our farmers.
