SMALL FARMS is a course designed to introduce students to soil building, nutrient management, plant production, pest management, greenhouse structures, irrigation techniques, harvest and seed collection - all in one semester.

Instructor: Chance Munns, Assistant Professor, Horticulture, College of Southern Idaho

Tuition: $420 (Free for students over 60).

COURSE INCLUDES classroom lecture along with on-site application and garden maintenance at The Hunger Coalition Bloom Farm.

Fridays: February 8 - May 17 | 5:30 pm-8:00 pm
Saturdays: April 13, April 20, May 7 | 8:00 am-12:00 pm
