14-Day Spring Liver Cleanse: Eat delicious organic food, detox your organs, make lasting lifestyle shifts, learn new wellness tools and feel great with an exceptionally motivated group! Join us for two weeks to indulge in optimal health and well being inside and out. This is a vegetarian, athlete and earth friendly cleanse.

Cost: $495 Includes 10 weekday lunches and dinners prepared by Tif and Jody, cleanse support meetings, cooking class, Spa Night with acupuncture and yoga, cleansing herbs, cleanse materials, and recipes.

Schedule:

April 10: Sign up deadline

April 15: Introduction to the cleanse, receive materials and supplement 5:15pm

April 16: Pre cleanse program and detox herbs starts.

April 22: Cleanse starts

April 24: Cooking Class with Tif and Jody, 5:15pm

May 1:Spa Night- yoga, acupuncture, meditation, etc., 5:15pm

May 5: Last Day Cleanse
