1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (replace with lemon juice, as needed)
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp bee pollen from Willow Creek Nursery
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste
Bee pollen may need 20 minutes to dissolve. Add it into vinegar first to speed process. Mix together with a whisk or an immersion blender. Makes about 8 ounces, store in fridge.
