Stacy Whitman helped found Local Food Alliance in 2013 out of a desire to improve community food and health. Stacy began her career in book and magazine publishing, holding staff editorial positions at Little, Brown and Company, Parenting, Shape, and Glamour. After moving to the Wood River Valley in 2003, she worked as senior editor at Sun Valley Magazine. Stacy began working to improve the food environment in our local schools after becoming a mom.
